At launch, the website uses necessary cookies for Cloudflare security and Webflow form protection.

7. Analytics and advertising cookies

We do not currently use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Webflow Analyze, Plausible, Fathom, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Mixpanel or Amplitude.

We do not currently use advertising or retargeting tools such as Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, X/Twitter pixel, affiliate tracking or ad conversion tracking.

If we add analytics, advertising or marketing tools in the future, we will update this Cookie Policy and, where required, ask for consent before those tools are used.

8. Embedded videos

The website may contain embedded videos hosted on YouTube. The current video embeds are served through Webflow’s video functionality using Embedly as an intermediary service, which then loads the YouTube player.

When embedded video content loads or when you press play, Embedly and YouTube/Google may receive information such as your IP address, browser information and viewing interaction. They may also set their own cookies or similar technologies to support video playback, remember player preferences, measure viewing activity or support their own services.

These third-party services are controlled by their respective providers. Their use of cookies and data is governed by their own policies.

The website will use a cookie banner and Cookie Settings tool to manage optional third-party embedded content cookies where technically possible, including cookies relating to YouTube and Embedly video content. You can also control third-party cookies through your browser settings.

9. Google Fonts and other external scripts

The website uses Google Fonts to display typography consistently. Google Fonts may not set cookies, but loading fonts can involve sending your IP address and browser information to Google’s font-serving infrastructure.

These third-party services are controlled by their respective providers. Their use of cookies and data is governed by their own policies.

10. Forms

The website includes a “Register interest” form for retailer enquiries. The form is built using Webflow’s native form element and is processed through Webflow’s form-handling system.

When you interact with or submit the form, Webflow may use session-only form-protection cookies to help confirm that the submission came from a real visitor and to protect against cross-site request forgery. These cookies are strictly necessary and disappear when the browser session ends.

Form submissions may be forwarded to a Tax Back Europe email address and stored in the Webflow project dashboard, where they can be accessed by authorised website administrators. 11. Managing cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including by blocking or deleting cookies. The exact controls depend on the browser you use.

The website will provide a cookie banner when you first visit and a “Cookie Settings” link in the footer so that you can manage optional cookies and similar technologies and revisit your choices later.

Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled through our website because they are required for website security and requested website functions.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example if we add new website features, analytics tools, advertising tools, translated pages, new forms or new embedded content.
